Sautéed Striper
Texoma Guide Stephen Andre's Sautéed Striper
Preparation: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
Striper fillets
¼ c. olive oil
Chopped garlic to taste
¼ stick butter or margarine
INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat olive oil and seasonings in skillet. Add striper fillets. Sauté approximately 1 to 2 minutes per side until meat is flaky. Serve immediately.
