INGREDIENTS:
Striper fillets
1-1/4 c. Bisquick
½ t. salt
1 egg, beaten
½ can of beer (drink the rest!)
¼ c. corn meal
Vegetable or peanut oil
Seasoned salt
Pepper to taste
